One of my existing clients is looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their Energy and Infrastructure division.

About the Role

This is a permanent, office-based role in Newcastle upon Tyne, offering £28,000 to £30,000 per year. You'll be working US hours (12:00 to 20:00 GMT), which means you'll be collaborating with a dynamic international team from day one. Responsibilities

* Build your recruitment expertise from the ground up in a fast-moving energy and infrastructure sector.

* Work US hours with an international team, plus the possibility of relocating to Miami as the division grows.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Required Skills

* Recent graduate with a genuine interest in recruitment.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Enthusiasm for the energy and infrastructure sectors, or willingness to learn quickly.

* Reliable and available to work US hours consistently.

Preferred Skills

* Any prior experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales is advantageous.

* Familiarity with recruitment software or CRM platforms is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package

£28,000 to £30,000, permanent contract, office-based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
