Location: London

Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission

Realistic OTE: £40k (Year 1), £60k (Year 2), £80k+ (Year 3)

The Role:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll start by learning the full recruitment process — from finding and speaking to candidates to building relationships with clients and helping them fill key roles. You will:

• Source and engage top talent using job boards, headhunting, and networking
• Speak to candidates daily, preparing them for interviews and securing offers
• Build relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs
• Win new business through calls, emails, and meetings
• Work to ambitious but achievable targets, with clear rewards for hitting them
• Celebrate success — from monthly lunch clubs to team incentives and overseas trips
