Salary:£27,000 base + commission (OTE Year 1: £50-55k)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting retained search mandates for law firms, banks, and consultancies

• Conducting market mapping and headhunting for partner and senior roles

• Writing research briefs and candidate reports for clients

• Managing confidential communications with senior-level professionals

• Working closely with senior consultants and managing directors
