What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses solve hiring and talent challenges through a consultative approach.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates
Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
Managing the full consultative sales process from introduction to placement
Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
Conducting market research and staying ahead of industry trends
Negotiating commercial agreements and managing stakeholder expectations

Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree
