Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences & Pharma

Location: London Bridge
Salary:£26,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE Year 1: £50-55k)

SW6 Associates are hiring for a specialist life sciences and pharmaceutical recruitment agency placing highly skilled professionals across biotech, clinical trials, and med-tech.

Daily Duties Will Include:

• Conduct market research and identify emerging talent in life sciences

• Build long-term relationships with scientists, researchers, and hiring managers

• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their skillset and passion

• Manage the recruitment process from initial call to placement

• Collaborate with clients across the UK, EU, and US markets
