Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Source, interview and register high-quality education professionals
Build lasting relationships with candidates, schools and clients
Write professional candidate profiles and market outstanding talent
Match candidates to suitable permanent and temporary vacancies
Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Work towards realistic KPIs with the support of experienced managers
Negotiate placements and generate revenue
Earn uncapped commission from day oneThis is a fast-paced, sales-driven career where your ambition, resilience and work ethic directly determine your success and earnings.
