Key Responsibilities

• Researching markets to identify and connect with high-calibre candidates

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate suitability

• Writing targeted job adverts that attract top talent

• Managing the entire interview process from introduction to offer stage

• Negotiating terms and securing placements

• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates

• Working to performance targets and earning commission on every successful hire

What We’re Looking For

• Confident communication skills and a professional approach

• Motivated, competitive, and results-driven

• Resilient and proactive with the ability to think on your feet

• Degree educated (preferred but not essential)

• Previous sales or commercial experience is an advantage

Salary & Progression
