Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you'll:

Source and interview high-quality candidates
Build relationships with teachers, support staff and schools
Write professional candidate profiles and CV summaries
Match candidates to suitable vacancies
Develop new business opportunities
Manage client and candidate relationships
Work towards realistic KPIs with ongoing support
Negotiate placements
Earn uncapped commission from day oneThis is a highly rewarding sales career where your hard work directly influences your earnings and career progression.
