Starting Salary: £27,000 + uncapped commission
OTE/ realistic earnings year 1: £70,000+

Role: 360 Recruitment

• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
• Win new business through outbound B2B sales
• Source, interview, and place candidates across the engineering, energy, tech, construction, and education sectors
• Act as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring process
