Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Sales - Urgent Position

Package: £22K-£25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE Year 1 £35K, Year 2 £50K, Year 3 £70K)

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
