What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate (2:2 or above) - any subject considered.

• Sporting background (team or individual) showing commitment and competitiveness.

• Natural drive, determination and resilience.

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask.

• Commercial or sales experience (6+ months) is desirable but not essential.

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Source and headhunt candidates in the technology sector.

• Speak with candidates daily and guide them through the recruitment process.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.

• Generate new business opportunities through calls and networking.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle - from business development to placing candidates.

• Work towards clear, achievable targets in a competitive sales environment.

• Uncapped commission - OTE £40,000 Year 1, £70,000+ by Year 3.
