Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your role will be fast-paced, rewarding, and varied. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in a variety of industries, helping them find the best talent for their teams.
• Sourcing & Attracting Top Talent: Use your drive and energy to find and approach candidates who match your clients' needs, whether through headhunting, advertising, or networking.
• Managing the Recruitment Process: From initial contact to placement, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring smooth and effective communication between clients and candidates.
