Salary:£26,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE Year 1: £50-60k)

SW6 Associates are hiring on behalf of a well-established technology recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street. This award-winning firm works with global clients in software, fintech, and data - and they’re looking for ambitious graduates ready to build long-term careers in a high-performance culture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for roles across software development, data, and DevOps

• Work with hiring managers at major tech clients and scale-ups

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from first call to offer stage

• Write job adverts, conduct candidate interviews, and close deals

• Work towards weekly KPIs with clear goals and mentorship
