You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process in the professional services sector. Expect to:

• Develop new business and build strong client relationships.
• Headhunt and network to source top-tier professionals.
• Write job adverts, review CVs, and conduct candidate interviews.
• Arrange and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and earn commission.

• Graduate with a 2:2 or above (or strong commercial/sales experience).
