What will I be doing?
Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects
Building and maintaining relationships
Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers
Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees travelling to USA, Portugal, Sweden & Denmark, etc. to meet their clients!

What do I need?
No previous recruitment experience is required
Bachelors Degree
Confident, outgoing personality
Clear personal & professional goals
Strong written & spoken communication
Great ability to build & maintain relationships
