What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Graduate Recruitment Executive who is:

• A confident researcher, both online and over the phone

• Eager to learn and develop quickly in a fast-paced, professional environment

• Reliable, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy

• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by achieving results

• An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills

• Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Windows applications, Canva, Adobe, and social media platforms

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading on candidate sourcing and engagement using multiple channels, including website, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, CV databases, and direct approaches

• Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with candidates across the B2B media and events sectors

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process

• Creating and sharing compelling content to attract candidates and build our brand presence

• Keeping our CRM system updated with accurate candidate information

• Learning on the job and growing your responsibilities as your skills develop

• Contributing ideas and energy to our team culture and success

• Attending client meetings and industry events (with opportunities to travel)
