The Programme at a Glance:

Over 3-6 months, you will receive comprehensive training that prepares you for every aspect of recruitment. As an integral part of our operations, you’ll support candidates and clients, gaining hands-on experience in the field. At the end of the scheme, you will present your business plan to our directors. Successful candidates then transition into a Trainee Consultant role, earning commission from day one. With clear pathways to team leadership, directorship, and equity partnership, many of our team members progress into leadership within 12-18 months—achieving an estimated first-year OTE of £40,000-£50,000.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate teams within the recruitment department
• Handle essential administrative tasks like scheduling interviews, scanning documents, and filing
• Assist the recruitment team with various projects, including coordinating recruitment events and supporting the candidate journey
• Complete weekly reports on recruitment activities to help drive continuous improvement
• Work on projects set by directors aimed at refining recruitment processes and contributing to business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate (2:1 or higher) with a keen interest in recruitment or human resources
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using other office tools like Outlook
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle tasks effectively
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning and development
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, with a friendly and approachable manner
• Proactive and able to manage workloads independently while supporting the wider team
