An exciting role has arisen for an enthusiastic candidate to join an innovative and collaborative business based just outside Birmingham City Centre. This is a full time, permanent position which is mainly office based (parking on site) offering 25k a year with opportunities for bonuses up to 40k!

This role is a Business Development role where you will be client facing by achieving sales for both new and existing clients through a consultative approach.

The responsibilities would include:

- Development and management of sales plan

- Achieving sales targets and KPI’s

- Self-generation of leads through different sources

- Communication through internal and external stakeholders

- Prospecting and managing sales processes through telephone, email and online platforms

- Attending sales meetings, company training programmes and events

- Preparing reports and forecasts

It is ideal for you to have commercial awareness, experience in a sales role or have the drive to succeed if you have less experience. You will need to be motivated, target driven and forward thinking for this sociable and collaborative business!
