Graduate role - Supply Chain

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Analyst to join our dynamic supply chain team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a relevant degree or someone with up to a few years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.

Daily Tasks:

• Make stock allocation decisions to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) supply.
• Monitor stock levels, analyse inventory data, and resolve discrepancies or shortages (e.g., stock transfers, sales order date changes).
• Generate and maintain reports on storage and replenishment—strong Excel skills are essential.
• Manage intercompany stock movements across all brands and warehouses, ensuring balanced stock levels and timely deliveries.
• Identify and initiate destruction processes for expired or damaged stock.
• Prepare and update ad hoc inventory reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, adjustments, and movements.
• Report on BBE dates, stock rotation, and dwell stock to manage inventory levels effectively.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and allocation.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

• Support warehouse relocation projects.
• Manage stock allocation for special campaigns (e.g., Love Island promotions) or stock restrictions.
• Oversee SKU switches and master data maintenance.
• Set up new SKUs in SAP, IBP, and Maextro.
• Assist with product recalls.

Desirable:

• Strong numeracy skills and confidence working with systems, analysing data or a willingness to learn quickly
• Great communication skills to be able to liaise with stakeholders across the business
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Office (not essential)
• Awareness of customs and import processes (not essential)
• A degree, ideally in a relevant field
