Graduate Sales & Business Trainee

A growing mechanical, HVAC and electrical products distribution business is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Sales & Business Trainee to join their successful team in Cardiff. You'll learn all about how the business operates, what products they offer and the customers they sell to before progressing into a fast-paced internal sales role.

The business you'll be joining has a fantastic reputation in their industry and is known for high-quality products and exceptional service. They are part of a market-leading £1 billion UK distribution group who already employ over 1,700 people throughout the UK.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will:

• Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
• Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development
• Support operational processes and contribute to business growth
• Assist customers with their purchases and provide expert product advice both in-person and over the phone
• Contribute to the overall success of the business

• A starting salary between £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
