£27,000 basic + uncapped commission + quarterly bonus

The Role

Make outbound calls to business owners and senior decision-makers
Introduce products and qualify sales opportunities
Generate leads, appointments and referrals
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Work closely with Business Development Managers
Hit quarterly targets and maximise earning potential

Training & Development

No sales experience? No problem.

2-week structured induction and sales training
Ongoing coaching and support for your first 6 months
Continuous development from experienced sales leaders

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A recent graduate or has sales experience
Confident, ambitious and energetic
Target-driven and resilient
Organised and commercially minded
Motivated by earning potential and career progression
