Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading global distributor of electronics based in Chorley — and we’re now looking for ambitious Graduates to join the business as Graduate Sales Executives.

You'll be part of an energetic, welcoming sales team — learning how to build long-term client relationships, manage key accounts, and generate new business opportunities across a thriving industry.
No previous sales experience is required — just bring your enthusiasm, strong communication skills and desire to learn!
What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with new customers via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Re-connecting with existing accounts and introducing yourself as their key point of contact
• Attending client meetings both virtually and in person (c. 2 days per week out on visits)
• Responding to inbound sales enquiries and converting them into orders
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Working towards clear, achievable sales activity targets

• £25,000 base salary + uncapped bonus
• Realistic bonus potential for new starters: £500–£1,500/month
• Top performers can earn £3k–£4k/month in bonus
• Hybrid working (mix of office and home after training period)
• Hours: Mon–Thurs 9am–5:30pm, Fri 9am–5pm
