The Role

This is a varied, all-round position that combines sales, client relationship management, and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

Contacting existing clients to maintain relationships and identify new sales opportunities
Proactively reaching out to prospective clients to generate new business
Promoting and selling luxury products to a high-end client base
Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
Following up on leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless customer experience
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Representing the company professionally at all timesAbout You

Degree educated or equivalent
Confident, articulate, and personable
Naturally outgoing with excellent communication skills
Interested in sales and business development
Commercially aware with a strong work ethic
Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing company
Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
