The scheme will enable rotation across differing arms of the business, allowing you the room to work out how and where you want to progress, based on your strengths and interests!

Role :

This rotational graduate programme provides you an accelerated progression path, giving you the tools and experience to progress and succeed.

Over the course of the scheme you will rotate through a variety of business groups including Cost & Commercial, Development Management and Civil Engineering to name a few. You will gain a well-rounded view of the business and have the freedom to explore where your strengths lie.

This is a permanent position- at the end of the rotations you will choose which group you would like to continue your career in!

Requirements:

Educated to degree level in one of the following subjects:
Geography / Environmental Sciences
Civil Engineering
Structural Engineering
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
Project/Construction Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with a drive to progress
