The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive expert training and support from day one. You’ll learn how to build your own network, win new business, and place top talent into exciting roles. Your day-to-day will include:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients.
• Proactively headhunting top performers.
• Reviewing CVs and identifying the right matches.
• Writing and posting job adverts.
• Coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through the process.
• Negotiating offers and closing placements.
• Earning uncapped commission on every success.
