The Role

As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:

Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
Assist teachers with inclusive classroom activities and targeted interventions.
Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive behaviours.
Help create a calm, engaging and supportive learning environment.
Build positive relationships with pupils and work collaboratively with school staff.

About You

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
