A friendly and nurturing primary school in Kensington is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on young learners.

Your Role as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

🔹 Support students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
🔹 Work 1:1 and in small groups to help students develop confidence and independence.
🔹 Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
🔹 Use creative strategies to support students' learning and emotional development.
🔹 Help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ A recent graduate (degree in Psychology, Education, SEN, or a related field preferred).
✅ A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to education.
✅ Some experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
