TS Recruitment is working with a leading Dry Lining Contractor to recruit a Trainee Site Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop technical expertise, and grow into a senior management role.

?Competitive Salary- £120 per day / £30,000 per annum

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Assist and report to the No.1 Site Manager
Oversee drywall & ceiling packages on high-rise residential projects
Manage direct labour & subcontractors, offering technical guidance
Ensure quality control & maintain accurate project documentation
Conduct site inductions & toolbox talks
Organise labourers & fixers to keep the project on track
Order materials and maintain commercial awareness
Support and learn from senior site management

What We're Looking For:

??Strong technical knowledge of drywall & ceilings
??SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
??A background as a fixer OR a graduate eager to learn
??Good IT skills & ability to complete technical reports
??A Full UK Driving License
