Role Overview
As a trainee teacher, you will:
Support learning in the classroom and work with small groups of pupils Assist with lesson planning and delivery alongside experienced teachers Develop classroom and behaviour management skills Monitor pupil progress and adapt learning activities Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment Training & Support
