*** Open to graduates with a 2:2 or above

*** Opportunity to progress onto teacher training after 3 terms on a permanent contract with the school

Tradewind are partnered with 2 schools in the Oldham area who are looking for ambitious graduates who have the skill to engage and support in the development of pupils. We are looking to source Graduates who are looking to gain school experience and become teachers of the future. These positions provide full training and paid induction days, interviews are being held after Easter usually in May and welcome applicants with all backgrounds and experience levels. While prior experience is not obligatory, a strong academic background, a flexible and confident demeanour, and a dedicated work ethic are indispensable!

The Graduate Teaching Assistant role necessitates:

Passion for teaching and committed to assisting students from various backgrounds and abilities to achieve continuous progress in the classroom.

Possession of a degree (ideally at least 2:2), along with strong A-Level and GCSE results.

Ability to confidently and effectively engage students from diverse backgrounds.
