Graduate Teaching Assistant

Engage Education is working in partnership with a well-established secondary school in Maidstone to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants to start in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates considering a career in teaching.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide in-class support to pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Deliver small group interventions and targeted academic support

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

• Support students with varying needs to reach their full potential

• Gain invaluable experience in an educational setting

• £20,000 salary

• Full-time, term-time position
