Location: Kensington and Chelsea, London
Salary: £95-£105 per day
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full academic year, Monday to Friday, term-time only
Progression: Teacher training opportunities available

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons, help pupils achieve their learning goals, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. You will work with individuals and small groups, helping children build confidence and make progress across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

Support teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
Deliver focused intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy
Assist pupils with varying learning needs, including SEND

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staffThe successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will have:

A degree in any subject area
A strong interest in education and child development
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
