The Role

📚 Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✏️ Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning activities
🌟 Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
🤝 Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
📝 Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Who We're Looking For

✅ Experience working with children or young people is essential (placement, coaching, tutoring, childcare, volunteering or similar)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Positive, reliable and adaptable approach
✅ Welsh-speaking desirable but not essential
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
