The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students across a range of subjects
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Support students with their academic progress, confidence, and engagement
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment
Adapt learning activities to meet individual student needs
Gain valuable experience in classroom management and behaviour support
Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and support staff

A degree in any subject area
A passion for supporting young people and education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to motivate and engage students
High expectations for behaviour and learning
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting learning
