Graduate Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing students' learning experiences across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing one-on-one and small-group academic support.
* Assisting teachers with lesson planning and classroom activities.
* Supporting positive classroom management and fostering an engaging learning space.
* Preparing learning materials and resources.
* Assisting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure inclusivity.
* Participating in extracurricular activities to enrich student engagement.

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted academic assistance tailored to individual student needs.
* Support students with homework, revision, and exam preparation.
* Track student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
* Promote a positive learning attitude and motivation among students.
* Develop engaging and interactive learning resources.
* Encourage effective study habits and time management skills.

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
* A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in a core subject.
* A genuine enthusiasm for education and youth development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Prior experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering) is essential.
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
