• Supporting learning across KS1 and KS2, assisting in class and running small groups.

• Working with pupils needing academic or emotional support.

• Exposure to high-quality teaching and school systems.

• Pathway into salaried teacher training (subject to performance).

• A university graduate with a 2:2 or above (education-related subjects preferred).

• A passion for working with children and learning about teaching.

• Previous school or youth work experience is desirable but not essential.
