We are currently looking for great graduates in the Newham area who are interested in starting their career in education as a Teaching assistant to support the learning of students. This role is great for those graduates who specialise in a subject or are aspiring teachers!

The School are looking for passionate graduates to work as teaching assistants to gain invaluable classroom experience while building long lasting relationships with students. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and friendly to add to their welcoming environment.

The Role:
Great Secondary School, based in Newham
Full Time Role Monday-Friday
£85 - £100 per day
Long term and permanent
Potential opportunity for teaching training offered
Chance to gain invaluable classroom experience before teaching training

The ideal candidate must:
Have a degree (2:2 or above)
Be passionate about working with students and making a difference in their lives
Have strong communication skills
Be friendly, approachable and enthusiastic.
Have a creative and reflective mindset in the classroom
Be able to deliver structured support sessions and prepare classroom materials
