About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and build confidence.
Many pupils may have Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, or additional learning difficulties, requiring patient and consistent support throughout the school day.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing 1:1 and small group support Supporting pupils with learning and emotional regulation Building positive and trusting relationships Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons Assisting teachers with classroom activities Promoting independence and confidence

A degree in any subject Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults desirable Excellent communication skills A positive and resilient approach Passion for supporting young people to succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
