Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

🔹 Support students in class, working one-on-one and in small groups to enhance learning.
🔹 Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
🔹 Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs, helping them reach their full potential.
🔹 Help maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
🔹 Gain experience in behaviour management, lesson planning, and student engagement strategies.
🔹 Offer mentoring and pastoral support, helping students build confidence and motivation.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ A recent graduate (degree in Education, English, Maths, Science, Psychology, or related field preferred).
✅ A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and teaching.
✅ Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
