Our clients are actively seeking talented and motivated Graduate Technical Engineers to join their expanding teams in a Graduate Technical Support and Graduate IT Engineer capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who want to work with cutting-edge technologies including SaaS, Cloud, NLP, AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

As a Graduate Technical Engineer, you will receive comprehensive training in software development, AI technologies, IoT, cloud applications, contact centre solutions, and more. This role is highly client-facing, combining your technical problem-solving skills with exceptional customer experience (CX) delivery.

What You’ll Do as a Graduate Technical Engineer

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for advanced software and cloud applications.

• Engage in software/web development using tools like Python, MATLAB, Git/GitHub.

• Collaborate with customers to maintain trust through timely communication and effective issue resolution.

• Participate in fact-finding and analysis to diagnose client issues and offer sustainable solutions.

• Support software deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You are an ambitious Graduate Technical Engineer with:

• A 2:1 degree or above in Computer Science, STEM subjects, Mathematics, Physics, Natural Sciences, Electronic or Electrical Engineering.

• Strong A-Level results (A-B grades) or BTEC at Distinction level.

• A passion for working with advanced technologies such as AI, Machine-to-Machine Learning, Cloud Applications, Unified Communications, IT Security, and project applications.

• Excellent client-facing skills and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

• Good problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Experience or willingness to learn programming languages, database query languages like SQL, and software development tools.

• A lifelong learner attitude with eagerness to grow technically and professionally.
