About the Role
As a Graduate Planner, you'll work alongside experienced planning professionals, contributing to a wide variety of rural development and diversification projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting planning and development consultancy projects
Researching planning policy, land use, and site constraints
Assisting with site assessments, feasibility studies, and strategic land reviews
Drafting planning reports, development strategies, and proposals
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
Supporting project coordination and business development tasks as needed
You will gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of work, with mentoring and support towards professional accreditation.
What We're Looking For
A degree (or master's) in Town Planning, Rural Land Management, Geography, or a related field
A genuine interest in rural planning, policy, or countryside development
Strong written, verbal, and research skills
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Proactive, collaborative, and keen to learn
A full UK driving licence is essential due to the rural nature of project sites
