Town Planner – Berkshire (RG7)

This role provides exposure to a broad mix of development work, from residential -led schemes to employment, infrastructure and sensitive countryside projects, all within easy reach of London and the wider South East.

The Role

You will support planning projects from early -stage strategy through to determination, working closely with colleagues, local authorities and stakeholders across Berkshire and the surrounding counties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications
  

• Supporting consultation processes and stakeholder engagement
  

• Collaborating with design teams and planning officers to progress schemes

About You

• A planning -related degree with 1–3 years’ experience in consultancy or local authority
  

• Strong written, analytical and research skills
  

• Working toward MRTPI accreditation
