Graduate Trainee Accountant

The Graduate Trainee Accountant will have a pathway to becoming a fully qualified ACA Accountant with the ICAEW, support by a full study packaging and hands-on experience from day one.

The responsibilities of the Graduate Trainee Accountant include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts for a wide range of clients.
• Support audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Prepare tax returns and assisting with tax computations.
• Communicate with clients to request information and resolve queries.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Graduate Trainee Accountant:

• Degree educated (2:1 or above, any discipline).
• Keen interest in a career in accountancy and committed to gaining ACA qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills.
