Are you a Graduate in Structural / Civil Engineering or similar looking to join a boutique, growing consultancy who offer full training and exciting project workload and study support with support towards Chartership?

This company established themselves 4 years ago as an offshoot of its sister business, a long-established Architectural Practice and is well supported and cash positive with an increasing workload.

They are looking to add a Graduate to their team. They work on a range of projects across Cornwall, primarily residential with some commercial and industrial projects for a diverse client base.

In this varied role you will receive full training and then review projects, attend site visits pre-construction to ensure feasibility as well as being involved in all stages of project delivery including budgeting, invoicing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

You will work closely with other members of the team from project competition through to delivery, solving complex design problems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate in Structural / Civil Engineering looking to join a tight-knit company with opportunities for career advancement, learning from industry experts while working on interesting projects.

The Role:

• Conduct pre-construction site visits, undertaking inspections to ensure project feasibility.
• Review project documents and be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Maintain excellent client relationships with architects, contractors and more.
• Full training provided, and study support to assist with chartership

The Person:

• Graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Looking to join a tight-knit consultancy
• Commutable to Truro
