Graduate / Trainee Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Graduate or Junior Surveyor to join a well-established commercial property consultancy with a strong reputation across Essex and East London.

This position is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to build a career within commercial agency. Working alongside experienced agency professionals, you will gain exposure to a wide range of instructions across the industrial, office and retail sectors, benefiting from hands-on experience, structured development and genuine opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Supporting senior surveyors on agency instructions across industrial, office and retail sectors
• Undertaking property inspections and viewings
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and preparation of marketing materials
• Conducting market research and comparable evidence analysis
• Building relationships with clients, occupiers and property professionals
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline
• Strong interest in commercial property and agency work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, motivated and eager to learn
• Full UK driving licence preferred
