Imperium Financial Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a growing Insolvency firm in Manchester City Centre, looking to add talented Graduate Trainees to their dynamic Property Receivership Team.

This is the perfect opportunity to launch your career in a unique, fast-paced, and rewarding environment where you’ll be part of managing and selling residential and commercial properties across the UK under LPA Receivership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with property valuations, marketing and sales processes

• Supporting senior team members with asset management and due diligence

• Liaising with surveyors, agents, and legal professionals

• Conducting research on property markets and trends

• Helping to prepare professional reports and documentation

• Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• A 2:1 or above in a relevant degree (Law, Real Estate, Finance, Economics or similar)

• Strong A-Level results (minimum ABB or equivalent)

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communicator, both written and verbal

• Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to take initiative

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment

• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
