Do you have a background in Music Technology, Audio or Sound Engineering or similar? This market-leading Audio Rental company provides audio equipment for live events across the UK and around the globe including festivals such as Glastonbury and Global Tours including Beyonce. They have experienced steady growth since their establishment 45 years ago and have recently been acquired by a global audio company, moved into a larger premises increasing their headcount to 150 people.

In this varied role, you would be responsible for all of the preparation and de-prepping of a range of state of the art equipment including speakers, rigs, microphones, PA Systems and communications equipment. You will test, fault find and maintain all departmental equipment. This role is a 5-day week which may include weekend work, any hours worked over 35, will be paid as overtime.

This role would suit a candidate with an Audio / Music Degree or a background in working on Live Events including sound equipment looking to take a permanent position in the live events industry for a world class audio rental company with a global presence. They are known for their excellent progression pathways, specialist industry training and plentiful overtime to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Maintenance and Repair of Audio Equipment including Speakers, PA Systems, Microphones and Communications equipment.
• Preparation and de-prepping of all equipment
• Assisting casual staff, work with other departments
• 35 hours per week (Core Hours 10AM-6PM)
• Overtime available - 1.5 x hourly rate
• Progression and Training opportunities

The Person:

• Degree or background in Music, Sound or Audio
• Looking for a permanent role, training and progression
• Commutable to Weybridge
