Title: Graduate/Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
Location: Central London Office (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £30,000 starting Base + Exceptional Commission Structure (Uncapped)
Start: Immediate OR Summer 2024

We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office.

Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia.

We work and have very well established relationships with the globes leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms,

Prop/Systematic/Diversified

trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups!

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through

questioning/qualification.

They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, you should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities
Actively source and qualify candidates
Manage the client's needs and expectations
Maintaining strong relationships in the market
Working to improve recruitment efficiency

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree desirable or impressive work history
Quota or goal oriented- entrepreneurial mindset
Able to meet deadlines- Independently motivated
