What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing the smooth transfer of funds (cash/stock) by communicating daily with brokers and customers.

• Answering client queries regarding the status of their transfers and ensuring timely resolutions.

• Identifying inconsistencies and solving transfer-related issues with a critical-thinking and problem-solving mindset.

• Collaborating with internal teams, including Payments, Customer Support, and Product, to streamline transfer operations.

• Supporting senior team members with data insights to refine processes and introduce new features.

• Optimizing processes to enhance both internal efficiency and customer experience.

• Conducting in-depth analysis and translating insights into actionable steps for operational improvements.

• Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless fund transfers.

• Tracking project tasks, monitoring progress, and effectively communicating key outcomes.

• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

What You’ll Need

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (or higher) in a STEM subject.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

• Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and clarity.

• Excellent communication skills to manage broker relationships and internal collaboration.

• A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations.

• Previous experience in financial services, investment banking, or fintech (internships included) is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic modelling); SQL, Python, or R is a plus (TBC).

• Full-time availability and willingness to work in an in-office environment.
