As a trainee recruitment consultant it will be up to you to build up your own client base, making calls to companies and forming real working relationships. You will receive mentor lead training all the tools to succeed and quickly progress from a trainee into an independent consultant.

This role will suit an individual who wants the opportunity to genuinely change their life, who wants to work hard and see that effort reward them through promotions into management, the development of sales skills and a commission scheme that will double if not triple their yearly earnings.

THE ROLE

• You will develop new business, making 100 cold calls a day
• Full 360 Sales Process ownership, Your clients are yours to manage and build relationships with
• Mentoring lead training and development
